Happy Birthday
Today was my older daughter's fifth birthday. I know I was supposed to do a real post but it will have to wait until tomorrow. The day totally got away from me.

As a father of two children (both adults now) I must say this is as "real" a post as you can make. They grow up waaaaaay too fast.

Actually, Robyn, they start school earlier here in England, so she started Foundation (basically kindergarten) in January. Next month she'll be in Year One. (Technically she went to preschool at three, but that's different.)
That little girl needs some frou frou wings and a magic tinker wand.

Isabella, she's actually having a fairy party on Saturday. We've hired a ballerina fairy to come and handle the entertainment. I know I generally hate those tings, but it should be very interactive for the kids, dancing and doing crafts and stuff.
